A Christian school should have a drama program because God is the Master Storyteller and has created us in His image as creative communicators. Scripture is full of dramatic expression—from the prophets acting out parables, the poetic drama of Job, to Jesus teaching through powerful stories and parables. Drama allows students to explore biblical truths, human experiences, and moral dilemmas in a vivid, memorable way that engages both heart and mind.It builds confidence, empathy, teamwork, self-discipline, and the ability to speak clearly and persuasively—skills that prepare students to be effective witnesses for Christ. In a Christian context, drama glorifies God by telling redemptive stories, encouraging moral imagination, fostering compassion, and equipping students to shine light into culture through excellence and integrity on stage.
